 CAN'T REACH

 YOUR DOCTOR?

Parallel Lines

 WORRIED & HURTING

Pain. It can feel excruciating. Annoying. Throbbing. Burning. Unrelenting … And that’s just the physical aspect! Pain destroys sleep, triggers anxiety, and contributes to depression. Physical pain creates mental stress. Stress feeds the pain. And so on.

 DOCTORS MAKING

Our specialty (and passion) is helping people overcome pain and stress caused by various physical and mental disorders. We make home visits, saving you a trip to the doctor’s office or urgent care center.

Fees

 SELF PAY

We do not accept any commercial or government health insurance. Our self-pay Appointment Fee ranges between $180 and $360, depending on the time, location, and complexity of the visit. Payments are collected prior to dispatching a provider.

Since our Appointment Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, we will not commit to a visit unless we are positive that we can indeed help – by carefully prescreening you on the phone. With that in mind, we can’t accept a visit request from a third party (a friend or relative): a patient must contact us directly. For the same reason, we can’t treat patients younger than eighteen.

The following are included in the Appointment Fee:

  • Hands-on examination

  • Medication prescription, if indicated

  • Excuse from work/school

  • One follow-up email/text question

  • Results of laboratory and diagnostic tests (emailed to you with a brief explanation)

  • Communication with other health care providers (if necessary)

Any additional charges (for testing, injections, procedures, therapies, etc.) are always discussed upfront. Please refer to our Fee Schedule.

That’s about it! By limiting our services to a clearly defined “menu” and eliminating the hassle of insurance billing, we keep our services smooth and affordable. You have no subscriptions, hidden fees, or surprise bills to worry about!
