We do not accept health insurance. You pay directly for our services. Our Consultation Fee ranges between $54 and $360, depending on services requested, level of urgency, location, and complexity of the visit.
All major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and checks are accepted with no additional fees.
A Consultation Fee covers medical consultation and a one-time (no refills) medication prescription, if indicated. It is collected AFTER you have accepted a prescription. If you decline the prescription (or we can’t issue one), you owe nothing.
The following FREE “extras” are included in a Consultation Fee:

Results of laboratory and diagnostic tests (emailed with a brief explanation)

Communication with other health care providers and pharmacies (if necessary)

Upon request, you will receive an itemized receipt for the services received – which can be submitted to your insurance plan for reimbursement as an out-of-network claim. We have partnered with Reimbursify.com so that you can easily submit your claims.
